Baltimore Drive is one of the only non-linear roads in Spanish Lookout, and that's because it was built along a ridge.
The road was an all-weather road by 1974 as first seen on a property map at that time. But most likely it was one of the first roads constructed in 1958-1960.
The road was first named Baltimore Drive in 2003 as part of the first naming scheme in Spanish Lookout. The road sign at the junction with Riverside Road had a spelling error for 20 years, Balitimore Drive.
