San Lorenzo Road was mentioned in 1963[1] and can be seen in the 1980 DOS Map.
In 2001 the San Lorenzo Road was paved up to the San Lorenzo Housing Site to facilitate movement to and from the new site.[2]
From 2010 to 2016 they constructed the Boulevard at a cost of $2.6 million but never completely finished it.[3]
