Duck Avenue South was split off of Road 626 in 2020.
At the 2026 Annual General Meeting a vote was held on which roads to pave next. Duck Avenue South from Road 581 to Road 303 came out 2/9 on the votes. And then Duck Avenue South from 40th Street for a half mile to the Spanish Lookout Airstrip came in at 3/9.[1]
