23rd Street West was separated from Road 583 in 2020. At the community meeting of February 28, 2026 it was announced that 23rd Street, going to Settlement 87, would be paved that year under the Pavement Program,[1] and the roads report given at the June 2026 meeting recorded it as paved. The street was paved in June, 2026.[2]
