Frank's Eddy was just a couple of houses in 1980[1] and was first mentioned in the 1991 census with a population of 91.
On October 22, 2026, the Government of Belize handed over titles for 88 residential lots in the Frank's Eddy subdivision, together with lots in the Settlement 301 Village Extension, for 343 titles in all. Area Representative for Cayo South Julius Espat said the Frank's Eddy lots were properties already lived on, which were surveyed so that the occupants could buy them at the purchase price. Some residents had lived on their land for more than 30 years.[2]
The Jaguar Paw Road was included in the 2022 census.
