He contacted Hon. George Price, who told him to gather the people for a public meeting. Hon. George Price came and told them, \"Do not move, we will acquire these lands as soon as we win the elections\".\n\nIn 1961 the PUP won all 18 Constituencies. They bought the land and the people named their village \"George Ville\" as a thank you to the Hon.
