History

Settlement 421 might have been the predecessor of Ladyville. Sometimes called Free Town as well.[1]

The 1980 census counted all persons from the Bridge 19 to the Road 6 junction.[2]

Stanley Field Airport mentioned in the 1963 Government Gazette.[3]

Seventh Day Adventist Church

The Mt. Sinai SDA Church is under the Central Belize Mission Conference (Settlement 12) in the Belize Union Mission (Settlement 12) of the Inter-American Division (Miami, Florida) of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Between 2020-2025 they had 1,057 members.[4]

The Rock of My Salvation SDA Church, located in Settlement 396, is under the Central Belize Mission Conference (Settlement 12) in the Belize Union Mission (Settlement 12) of the Inter-American Division (Miami, Florida) of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Between 2020-2025 they had 97 members.[4]
