It has 2 school buildings. It was mentioned in 1980 as the Rosenhofwest Schule.\u003Cref>SLC Monthly Meeting Minutes\u003C/ref>\n\n**Jinney Creek School**\n\nIn October 1979 a new school was planned to be constructed for the year 1980 but the location was uncertain yet. In 1980 they decided to not buy the school lot from Norman P. Penner as it was uncertain how long the school would be there.\n\nEddie K Reimer and Franz W Dueck were the first school teachers there.
