Twin Creek is located in the Settlement 367 part of Settlement 295. The village lots were subdivided in September 1990 and offered for sale from $125 to $200 per acre.
In 1994 Twin Creek was described as the eastern part of the Green Hills settlement between Waterway 82 and Waterway 48. In 2017 Twin Creek was subordinated to Settlement 365.
It was named on May 28, 1994 at a monthly community meeting. The name comes from it's position between Waterway 82 and Waterway 48.
Twin Creek School
In 2017 one building was moved to Edental School. In 2018 the school had it's last school term. In 2019 the last building was moved to Edental School.
