A new housing scheme called Settlement 456, funded by Taiwan (Republic of China)^[1], saw 50 residents, mostly public service people get keys to new homes along Treasure Road on May 15, 2025.^[2] To improve access to the area, the Bridge 165 was constructed.^[3]
