Iguana Vista is a village in the Cayo District situated close to the Iguana Creek from which it gets it's name. It was opened on December 6, 2025^[1][2] as an opportunity for people to live close to Spanish Lookout but didn't have the necessary requirements to live in Spanish Lookout.^[3]

Phase I offered a hundred 1/4 acre lots at $29,000-$34,000 each, with plans to offer larger 10 acre lots in the future.^[3]

Covenants were established to keep the community clean and well kept.^[3]
