People fleeing from the Caste War in the Yucatan settled in two villages on Ambergris Caye. This village was situated at Rocky Point (aka Reef Point) in the north of Ambergris Caye and had a population of about 200.^[1]

On November 11, 1942 a hurricane completely destroyed this village.^[1]

No name exists for this village, so I just call it Rocky Point Settlement.
