From at least 1917[1] to 1918[2] Kingston Eddy had a catholic mission under Our Lady of Mt. Carmel from Benque Viejo del Carmen Town, but from at least 1925[3] to 1928 it was under the Church of the Sacred Heart, from El Cayo Town.
