1974-07-05: According to the 1974 Spanish Lookout Property Map the mile south of Road 225 was just a dirt track, and then it was an all weather road going north up to the creek that flows into Iguana Creek just before Anton W Dueck.
1980: The 1980 Department of Surveys (DOS) map shows the entire road from Road 227 to 40th Street West was an all weather road, though this source is unreliable to that level of detail.
2003: All roads in Settlement 295 were named, this road being named Bee Lane.
2009: The junction with Road 225 was realigned from a triangle junction to a speed curve going from Road 225 north onto Bee Lane and then a T-junction from south Bee Lane.
Possibly the road from Road 225 to 30th Street East was paved at this time as well.
2020: All roads were renamed, this road being named Bee Avenue.
2023-09: The 30th Street East junction was realigned as a T-junction with slip lanes coming from north Bee Avenue and going south to Bee Avenue instead of the speed curve going from south Bee Avenue into 30th Street East that existed before.
2024: The section from 30th Street East to 40th Street East was paved to reroute traffic away from the downtown area. The curve leading into 40th Street East was also made less sharp.
