The Hummingbird Estates is nestled between the North Stann Creek and the Hummingbird Highway with mountain views of the Monday Morning Ridge to the south west.
Since the mid 1900s this piece of land had been a citrus grove.[1]
Then in 2008 The Hummingbird Estates was established as a gated community by David Gobeil with 29 lots, most of them being 1/4 acre lots.[2]
