The Hummingbird Estates is nestled between the Waterway 208 and the Road 8 with mountain views of the Monday Morning Ridge to the south west.
Since the mid 1900s this piece of land had been a citrus grove.[1]
Then in 2008 The Hummingbird Estates was established as a gated community by David Gobeil with 29 lots, most of them being 1/4 acre lots.[2]
