The Duck Run Estate used to span from Santa Familia to the edge of Spanish Lookout. Then in 1978 Spanish Lookout leased the northern and western part of today's Duck Run area in Spanish Lookout, and between that the Central American refugees established the three villages of Duck Run I, Duck Run II and Duck Run III.[1]
2000s - A 0.12 km² parcel of land south of the Bullet Tree Falls - Spanish Lookout Road was subdivided and sold to Duck Run I by Spanish Lookout.
2010s - A second parcel of land at 0.09 km² was subdivided and sold to residents of Duck Run I by Spanish Lookout.
2024, July - A third parcel of land of 0.24 km² was sold to Duck Run I by Spanish Lookout.
